Our Story
Launchpad was created to solve an important problem: too many motivated players who want to improve but don't have access to focused, structured training environments outside of team sessions — especially during the offseason.
Team training is essential, but it often cannot provide the repetition, detail, and individual attention required for true individual development. Players seeking more touches and more growth are often left searching for the right opportunities. Launchpad was built to help fill that gap.
Our Mission
Launchpad Futbol exists to provide a high-quality training environment in the Cincinnati area focused on individual player development through small-group trainings.
We are building a community of skilled, motivated players who are excited to do the extra work—training alongside one another, challenging, pushing, and supporting each other as they pursue their best, while having fun along the way.
Most importantly, this environment is shaped by carefully selecting and partnering with a handful of exceptional coaches who bring genuine enthusiasm, positivity, and a true desire to help players reach their potential.
Who We Are
Launchpad Futbol Lab is a private soccer training facility built to support individual player development through intentional, high-quality training. We provide a focused space in the Cincinnati area where players can sharpen their technical skills, build confidence on the ball, and pursue long-term growth.
Launchpad was created with purpose — to offer an environment where development is the priority and every session is designed to help players become better, more complete well rounded players and people.
Why Launchpad Exists
Team and club training play a critical role in a player’s journey. Launchpad exists to complement that work by providing a structured training environment for players who want to put in additional work beyond scheduled practices.
We believe meaningful improvement comes from focused reps, consistent effort, and intentional coaching. Launchpad fills the space between team training and individual development by creating an environment built entirely around player growth, learning, and accountability.
Our Training Philosophy
Our approach is simple and deliberate. Training is intentionally kept in small groups so coaches can truly know each player and challenge them in targeted areas that matter most. Every session is built around:

- Long-term development over shortcuts
We value consistency and progress over quick results. Players benefit from exposure to multiple coaches and perspectives. Different voices and teaching styles help athletes see the game more clearly, adapt faster, and better understand their strengths and areas for growth. There are no shortcuts. Development is earned through purpose, commitment, and showing up every day ready to work.

Who is Launchpad is For (Players)
Launchpad is for motivated players who are committed to improving and willing to put in the extra work required to reach their potential. Our training environment includes youth academy players (MLS Next), competitive club athletes (ECNL), collegiate players (NCAA), and other high-level performers seeking focused, intentional training beyond team practices.
This is an environment built for players who take ownership of their development, embrace challenge, and are serious about continued growth. This is not recreational training. Launchpad is for players excited to do the extra work.
Coaches We Partner With
Launchpad partners with a carefully selected group of coaches who bring energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for player development. Each coach offers a unique perspective shaped by their playing background, positional experience, and time spent at different levels of the game.
Our coaches know how to make sessions engaging and enjoyable while still challenging players and holding them to high standards. They strike the right balance between technical work, athletic development, positional detail, and game-realistic situations—using varied instruction and one-on-one feedback to support individual development and performance.
These coaches work with youth academy players, competitive club athletes, collegiate players, and high-level performers seeking an edge, all with the same focus: intentional, high-quality training that drives long-term growth.
